Hi everybody.

We are preparing Analytics reports for a client and we have the following questions:

  1. Can we generate a report that shows the search terms that do not show results in the knowledge graph?

  2. Is it possible to see which search terms belong to the client from within the company?

Hi Sergio,

Check out this unit for common examples of Analytics reports you can build for Search.

For #1, check out the report for “Search Terms with No Knowledge Graph Results”.

For #2, check out the report for “Top Search Terms” with one caveat: you’ll need a way to identify which users are internal or external (such as with IP filtering). You can then change the filter for Traffic Type from External to Internal. Tagging in @Alex_Yang for more ideas on filtering between internal and external traffic.
