Hi Everyone,
I have a client who wants to change what is displayed when no results around found. Instead of “no results found” and displaying all data, they want to pull in something similar to the search ie: “your search for (search) didn’t return any results, showing all [related term] results instead”.
Do we have the capability to pull in similar results or is that not in scope of the answers product. Thank you so much!

Interesting idea here! I think this could be great to submit to the Hitchhikers Ideas portal. HH Ideas Would love to better understand your use case /examples when you submit.
Additionally, in the short term, you may try adjusting the filters you have set. For example, leveraging semantic or relaxing the filters you have set with NLP filters can help render more similar results / related entities that aren’t exact matches.
