Hello there. I’m wondering if anyone has come up with a solution to this issue.
I’ve been asked if Yext is able to display three different location’s GMB ratings on a single dashboard. I attempted by creating a few custom reports that filtered down to the location and site for each of the locations and adding these reports to a dashboard. However, when I create the dashboard, my report filters are changed to the dashboard’s filters, meaning I have repeating graphs.
Does anyone know a workaround for this? I know there are ways to view the ratings individually - but is there a way to display multiple GMB ratings on a single dashboard?
Apparently, I’m limited to 1 image, but here’s what happens when I import the two custom reports into my dashboard - they are reverted to the dashboard filters, making them useless.
