Email Notifications for Q&A Module in Answers

Hi!

Is it possible to activate notifications for new questions that come into the Q&A section (under listings) through the Q&A Answers module? I was hoping to setup an email notification for every question that comes in.

I have Knowledge Assistant activated for Questions and Answers, but wanted to know if there’s a way to push the information to my email instead of a phone number and/or email multiple people at once about the new question.

This is a great request! This notification feature is currently not available, but this is awesome feedback and we’ll add it to our product roadmap.
