I’d like to alert clients when there are questions to answer. I think it would be important for them to know which publisher has the question — how can I tell that?
Hi Bill,
Good question. In terms of identifying which publisher has the question, you can look at the ‘Site’ column on the Q&A page in the platform. Note that we currently only support Q&A for Google and first party, so you should only see two icon types in that column.
To your point about setting up an alert to be notified when there is a new question, this is something that we currently have on our roadmap. I will provide an update back here when we have a concrete timeline!
Best,
Emily
Thanks, Emily.
I don’t seem to have a Site column on my Q&A screen. Quick screen shot:
What am I missing?
Thanks for the news on email alerts. I’ll be looking for it!
Bill
Hey Bill,
If you are only subscribed to a single publisher, we hide the site column, as all Q&A should be associated with that one publisher. If you have both Google AND first party Q&A in your account, you should see the site column appear.
Note you can always click on More Actions and export all Q&A - in that download, you should see site as a field if you need to double check.
Thanks,
Calvin
