Issue with answers experience

Hello all, I was loaded data into knowledge graph and then I was created an answers experience with four verticals and one universal search and I successfully saved that search configuration but in the experience home screen it is showing that total entities in use are zero.Please refer the screenshot for clear understanding.

That “Total Entities in Use” Label refers to the total entities that are currently in production. Try updating your production configuration label and see if that works.

You will want to go to “Configuration Labels” in the Answers Tab:

and then make sure you set your Production label to version 22:

As a best practice, do not set your Production label to “LATEST.” Doing this could result in pushing out unintended changes to your production experience. Leave your Staging label on “LATEST” so that you can test out any changes in that environment.

I made those changes and now it is showing all the entities in use.
