I am looking for some advice on how best to recommend an answers configuration where I have equal parts structured data (FAQs, tools, resources) and unstructured data pragraphs of text. I thought about using banner results to display the pragraph text and to boost these so that they show up above the structured data (FAQs, resources, etc.) but I don’t think this will scale well.
Any tips?

Hi @Jess_Bracht - what kind of information is in the unstructured text? Are you planning to use this data as a standard Answers vertical + card?
Typically with unstructured data we still follow a standard approach:
- An entity and entity type (such as Help Articles)
- A field for the unstructured data (such as the built-in
body field)
- A vertical for the entities in Answers so that it can be included in our Federated Search algorithm and configured with searchable fields
- A card for the vertical entities
- Featured Snippets to show Direct Answers
Would your unstructured data not fit into the above approach?
