How to extend Agreement' End Date?

We tried accessing the newlocationaddrequests endpoint and we got an error message You cannot add service past an agreement’s end date.. It shows in the Partner Portal that indeed our End Date was on January 01, 2023 but the status is still active. Is there a way to extend the Agreement’s End Date?

You should approach and write to manager/point of contact assigned to your account and from there you must have the answer with solution asap.
