On this module assessment, what does it mean by apply the Seasonal Content template to the “next holiday season” for all restaurant entities? I was able to schedule the hours and phone number update correctly and apply the Seasonal Content template, but I think I’m not passing because I’m confused on how to find the “next holiday season” for the template additional to all locations.
Hi Tanya,
I think you meant Knowledge Graph Module 12: Scheduled Updates here. Rather than applying the Seasonal Content template to apply directly, you’ll want to apply it as a scheduled update in this case. Once you select all restaurant entities to bulk edit, you can use the same flow to schedule an update as you did for the single entity. When we say “next holiday season” we just mean the next holiday coming up, so you can choose any date you want to apply the scheduled update for.
Hi @Kristy_Huang - You are absolutely right. I posted the question in the wrong SL. I did have a question for Module 11, however, on the first step.
Enable the Primary CTA field for Restaurant, Event, and FAQ types.
I tried to do this as a bulk edit, but the Primary CTA field doesn’t show up when I do that and I don’t think that makes sense for future entities of the same time. So, I also tried to do it in the Manage Entity Types area and the Primary CTA field doesn’t show there either. Can you help me understand what I’m doing wrong?
Hi Tanya,
You’ll need to enable the field for the entity types before you can add content through bulk edit. There are two ways to do this - through Manage Entity Types (you were close!) and through Custom Fields. See the Custom Fields unit for a refresh.
- Under Account Settings > Manage Entity Types. Click on the relevant entity type and the click “Edit Field Configuration”. You’ll have to scroll to the section you want to add the field to and then click the + icon at the bottom of the section, where you can click “Add Field”.
- Under Account Settings > Custom Fields. Click on the relevant custom field (or click Add Field if it doesn’t exist already). Then under Field Availability, check off the entity types you want to add.
In this scenario, we’d recommend using the second method since you’re adding the same custom field to multiple entity types. You can do it all at once on the field rather than adding it for each entity type.
