I’ve gone through the data connectors and Crawlers assessment twice but this same part is failing. I don’t see an error on my end if someone has also had this roadblock. Thanks!

Thank you for your patience. We have updated the challenge instructions and validation. When you go through the challenge flow, at the end of the setup for the Connector (step 15) you will now need to name your Connector.
You will be prompted to enter a Name and ID. Enter the following:
- Name: Help Articles
- ID: helpArticles
Re-submit and you should be good to go!

Thanks for your help. I guess my mistake was that I didn’t follow the rules and named it incorrectly. Now when I go to run it, with the correct name, it appears to be stuck. Has been like this for over an hour.

Sorry to bother you about this, considering this is one of the most straight forward assessments. I tried again. Deleted everything and started again. It went through everything clean. Pretty sure I even named everything correctly this time, yet I still get this error:

It looks like you’re now passing the second rule for adding a data connector, so you must have fixed that issue. For the first rule, there is just a small syntax error. The domain for the crawler that you created has a trailing / which is incorrect. As mentioned in step 3 of the challenge, the domain to crawl should be https://help.turtleheadtacos.com. Once you make that change on the crawler, you should be good to submit your challenge.
I am having the same issue that Molly first shared above. I have started over and gone through the module steps about 7 times now, and I keep getting the same issue flagged at the end of the assessment.
I did read the rest of this thread, and it looks like I have completed and named all of the steps correctly. Not sure what I am doing wrong at this point. Any assistance and/or tips would be so helpful.

I’m having the same issue. See the two screenshots - I double checked the naming of the connector several times and I don’t think it’s different from what is expected.

Thank you for sending this our way! We are looking into this to understand why these accounts aren’t passing the grading rules because it does look like the accounts are configured correctly.
Once we get to the bottom of this we will post an update here!
I have also extended the deadline for your challenge accounts, so you won’t lose any progress, and you can pick up where you left off.
I’m wondering if it has something to do with the Tags configuration. I keep changing my Path & Extraction settings, as those instructions are a little unclear. Can someone confirm if what I have below is correct?

It looks like you’re facing a slightly different issue here that has to do with your Source Settings.
If you look at step 11 in the challenge instructions - the URL should be set to https://help.turtleheadtacos.com/*" – this will target pull all of the help articles but not the homepage. The CSS element you’re targeting is only present on those help articles pages, which is why the ‘Tags’ column isn’t pulling anything in your preview data table.
Updating this Site Extracting Setting should do the trick! Your URL is currently set to https://help.turtleheadtacos.com.
For everyone else,
Following up here to let you know that the issue with the “Add a data connector for help articles built on top of your web crawler” rule should be resolved! If you want to go ahead and re-submit the challenge, the accounts should now pass the grading rule.
