What are query rules? How can I use them to surface the most relevant content? I’ve already explored Yext’s Query Rules Hitchhiker Module, but I am curious which rules would be most useful for displaying the most relevant Help Articles on Zendesk.
Query rules let you dictate which content surfaces based on certain criteria. For example, you can apply a filter, boost/bury specific entities, return no results, or boost an entire vertical based on a variety of factors, including the URL, referrer URL, search term, search type, or vertical.
