Hi! I have a client that has two search terms that appear in two separate reports. One report shows search terms with KG results and the other report shows search terms without KG results. How is it possible that they can exist in these two reports simultaneously. Thank you in advance!

Without looking at the report, I may guess that this is related to vertical vs universal search. For example, “locations near me” would have results under universal and no results under “FAQs”.
Let me know if you think this could be the issue and if you can filter for the verticals you need solves it.
