"Unable to suppress" status in Listings

We are seeing the following state for several Listings: “Unable to suppress”

We would like to know the reason of it and how is the best way to manage it.

The Duplicate Suppression tool you are using automatically picks up potential listings that match your business name, address, and/or phone number, or gives you the option to submit one-off listings, all of which are presented as potential duplicates in the platform. If you need an overview on how to use our Duplicate Suppression tool, please review this Help Center article.

You are receiving this “Unable to Suppress” message because the listing you’ve submitted does not meet our requirements for duplicate suppression, which include a business name, address, and/or phone number match. If you believe this is incorrect, you can reach out to our Support team through this form with proof that the duplicate listing includes outdated information for your business, and we can escalate it to the publisher.
