Updates to User Management
This release, we have made some updates to the User Management screen. This includes, updated hero numbers (Total Users, Active Users, & Stale Users), an updated search bar and filters options, and an updated ‘Add User’ screen.
We have also updated our export capabilities. Now you can select specific rows to export, instead of exporting all users. Additionally, each export contains more information, including user role and scope, Knowledge Assistant status, user groups, phone numbers, email verification status, and SAML status.
How This Impacts You
The updated filter options makes it simple to search and filter for specific users. The updated ‘Add User’ screen, allows you to quickly and easily edit user permissions under Access Controls. This update also gives you more control exporting user data.
Feature Availability
To turn this feature on in your account, navigate to Account Settings > Account Features and select Fall ‘23: Updates to User Management (early access).
